In these Terms, the following words and expressions have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise: "Account" means a registered user account opened by a Player on the Platform. "Balance" means the total BDT funds held in a Player's Account, including deposited funds and credited bonuses not yet subject to wagering. "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account that are subject to specific wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash. "Platform" means the tk666 website at tk666.cam and all associated mobile interfaces.

"Wagering Requirement" means a multiplier that specifies the total bet amount a Player must place before Bonus Funds become withdrawable. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means the Player must wager a total of ৳10,000 on eligible games before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. "Withdrawal" means the transfer of withdrawable funds from a Player's Account to a verified BDT payment method.

To open an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the Platform or any affiliated service.
• You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• You must not hold more than one Account on the Platform at any time.

tk666 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any eligibility criterion at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of any Account balance.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. tk666 employs detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, tk666 may close all duplicate accounts, void any bets placed from those accounts, and forfeit any associated balances.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your password or allow any third party to access your Account.
• You must notify tk666 customer support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised person or that your login credentials have been compromised.
• tk666 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player has not exercised reasonable care in safeguarding their credentials.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 or more consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee, applied monthly, until the Account balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated.

tk666 accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through verified payment channels. Supported deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank accounts (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. tk666 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply its own fees.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are paid to the same BDT payment method used for the most recent deposit, as part of our anti-money-laundering controls. tk666 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Requests where KYC documentation is outstanding may be held pending verification.

• Deposits must not originate from third-party payment accounts. Only payment methods registered in the Player's own name are accepted.
• Players may not deposit funds that are proceeds of any illegal activity.
• tk666 may impose deposit limits at the request of a Player exercising responsible gaming tools.
• Any winnings derived from funds deposited using payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the Account holder may be voided.

tk666 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, the following general bonus conditions apply: bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they may be converted to withdrawable cash; only wagers placed on eligible games contribute to wagering requirements; and the maximum bet permitted while bonus funds are active is ৳500 per round or spin.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. tk666 may immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct and may void all associated bets and forfeit all balances:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or using false details.
• Using any automated device, software, algorithm, or strategy to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus structures.
• Engaging in any money laundering, fraud, or illegal financial activity through the Platform.

tk666 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies and will report any suspected financial crime to the relevant authorities. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct waive any right to funds held in the associated Account.

tk666 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools that allow Players to manage their gambling activity, including: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders; cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension of 24 hours to 6 weeks); and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are accessible directly from the Account settings dashboard at any time.

Where a Player requests self-exclusion, tk666 will use reasonable technical measures to enforce the exclusion across the Platform. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open new Accounts. Any Account opened in breach of a self-exclusion will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited. All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the tk666 brand name, logo, website design, software, game assets, text, graphics, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive property of tk666 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No licence or right to use any such content is granted to Players except as strictly necessary to use the Platform for its intended purpose.

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without prior written permission from tk666 is strictly prohibited.
• All third-party game provider names, logos, and trademarks used on the Platform remain the property of their respective owners.
• Players must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software or game code on the Platform.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by Players to tk666 regarding the Platform may be used by tk666 without restriction and without compensation to the submitting Player.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings; loss of data; loss of goodwill; service interruptions; or computer failure of any kind.

tk666's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

tk666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to void or settle bets in its reasonable discretion, in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing; Player's failure to complete KYC verification within a specified period; or Player's request for self-exclusion or account closure.

A Player may close their Account at any time by contacting tk666 customer support. Upon Account closure, any withdrawable balance will be returned to the Player's verified BDT payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable upon Account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute between a Player and tk666 shall first be referred to tk666 customer support for resolution. Players must raise a formal complaint in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the customer support process within 30 days of formal referral, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration. Class-action claims and representative proceedings are expressly excluded. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.

tk666 may amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
